If I could give Dr. Brothers one thousand starts, I would! He is amazing, he truly cares and you never feel like you are in a hurry to get out of there, he will explain every detail to you and teach you ways to introduce the allergens, I felt so much more confident after I took my baby there!

I was never able to get an appointment. The front desk lady, Tracy, was extremely rude. Wouldn’t give me any information on the appointment and ended the call abruptly. I tried calling back multiple times to be able to see the doctor and I was unsuccessful. I’m very upset because I really wanted to be treated for my allergies but if this is what represents the office and how they mistreat others, I don’t want to anymore.

I feel really bad giving Dr. Brothers a bad review. He, himself, is a wonderful physician. His bedside manner is great. He took the time to sit down and listen to me. I have a long history with allergies and he wanted to hear all of it! We talked through my treatment plan and then he told me the office would be following up with me in order to get a prior authorization from my insurance company. It was almost a month later that I realized nobody had called. So I called the office and they told me the nurse would call me back... read more
