I am updating my review for Don Bowles Builder, Inc. DO NOT buy any home from this builder or his realtor / CFO wife Clare Bowles. Don and Clare work as a "team". Selling homes to unsuspecting buyers...on land that is a STATE of GA designated WETLAND. In addition there was NO disclosure the LAND was a WETLAND, that the property sat here for 13 years with numerous other builders passing on it. Worst home purchase of a lifetime. If you are looking for that type of experience Don Bowles Builders is your guy. Used a dented stove in my home which I only found out because it was replaced with a propane range. Back patio cement is fully cracked all the way through from front to back wall (this is after 8 months). Even the mailbox was installed overhanging the road and was hit twice by vehicles and now is completely replaced. The septic system is a nightmare with a horrible stench, when it rains the the leach field is li... read more
