I do not typically submit complaints, but I felt it was important to bring this to your attention in the hope that it might help improve future patient experience. My mother had an appointment with Dr. Bartlett to establish care. We chose the practice specifically because of the 5 star reviews and the expectation that Dr. Bartlett would be a provider who truly listens and spends adequate time-ideally 30 minutes with a new patient. Can’t imagine life without it
Finally after 12 years I have great doctors my health was failed after serving in the fire service for so long and now I have the best doctors ever and then I know I went in as a hot mess Express for my dad had just passed away in my arms and they were bringing me tissues and water it just was so kind and the doctor listen to everything I had said
I was seen on time and listened to by everyone in this practice.
