I first went to Donald Linsky to settle my father's estate in September 2010. It is now July 2014 and it is still not settled despite a ruling from the Hillsborough County Probate Court telling him to settle the estate by May 2013. He is just trying to get more money be constantly billing for reviewing the case. I am not paying him another dime. I am also looking into bringing him up on legal charges. Donald's lack of action is a prime example of why people do NOT trust lawyers!
When i first approached this place all i wanted was to start a business. Have done it by myself before and took me all of 10 minutes and before long i was Incorporated. This time i needed to have a trust in place which at most would have been a few hundred dollars, and no time at all according to other Attorney's. This man has handled my Aunt's will and 16 months later has not done anything of substance other than continually bill my mother for asking when the will will be distributed.I have had to contact another attorney,who has informed me this man is not above board.One would expect the courtesy of an occasional update about this business,but Mr. Linsky offers no info and if asked bills a ridiculous amount to answer a simple question.I have had to become involved tp protect my Mother and I would advise ANYONE against using this ,w... read more
