Staff is professional & welcoming
absolutely terrible!! I was supposed to be referred out to a cardiologist "stat" . waited 2 month and still no referel. finally just changed doctors. both Dr Balacuits are anabiotic feens. they feel that is the answer to everything. they just write prescriptions like it's going out of style. the office staff forgets to put in referals ALL the time. I finally had it when they told me they've apparently "lost" my medical file so they are not able to get me a copy. right after i said i was switchi
