One of the nicest buildings in the area. Lovely views great place to just sit and read and enjoy. A treasure.
We had our wedding at the Kress on 10/25/25. Everything was perfect! From the planning in the months leading up to the actual day Alex and the other Kress staff answered all of our many questions and kept everything super organized. Even when we had some troubles with other vendors, Alex assured us that she was in contact with them and we were all set to go. The venue is gorgeous and all of our guests raved about it. They were also extremely transparent about pricing which I appreciate. Thank you!!
We had such a wonderful experience working with Alex to coordinate our wedding at the Kress Pavilion. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive every step of the way. The Kress is a stunning venue, with beautiful woodwork and amazing natural light. It was a wonderful setting for photos both in and outdoors, and our guests even got to watch the sunset on the balcony during our reception. We had our wedding here and it was absolutely perfect! Event Director, Alex made the whole process run so smoothly, we couldn’t have done this without her. We had just over 80 guests and the space sat everyone comfortable yet intimate. The grand hall and sunsets over Lake Michigan are stunning. Can’t recommend this venue enough!
The best wedding venue we could have asked for! Alex was extremely helpful through our entire planning process and was very responsive. Kress allowed us to have a wedding that was elegant and memorable while still being laid-back and simple. We loved our wedding at Kress and cannot recommend it enough!
