Dr. Hellman is a miracle worker, literally. I am 78 years old and I had “droopy eye lids”. My vision was cloudy, especially my left eye as it was the worse. DISAPPOINTING. After more than 2 weeks my husband's glasses still have not arrived and we just keep being told "they shipped and should be here shortly." Repeated requests to trace the shipment have been ignored. The lenses for his sunglasses did arrive, but they were not polarized brown, they were regular clear lenses. The Salida optician blamed the Pueblo staff for the mix up. When I picked up my progressive I told the optician 3 times I could not see mid-range even though the distance was quite good.
