Dr.Rose is a great doctor but I’m not sure why he doesn’t manage his staff. The customer service is terrible. Office help is rude and uncaring. My son forgot a mask and upon asking for one he was scolded and told that the mask were for the staff not the public. Phone calls are never returned and the VM specifically tells you to leave a message and do not call back. If you are lucky enough to get a person their only mission is to get you off the phone.There is no accuracy, urgency or customer service. Bullying is not managing... read more
