Sam behind the counter is an absolute gem super friendly, and helpful. Really cool vibe in here with some awesome food. Don’t normally leave reviews but they left a lasting first impression.
Prolly the driest shawarma ever, chicken tasted like it was sitting there for a week
I feel bad leaving this review because the owner was very friendly, but this was quite possibly the worst donair I've ever had. $18, barely any meat and the beef tastes like the smell of wet dog food.. Sauces very watered down barely any flavour. So disappointing.
I used to love going here a few times a week… but I can’t really justify paying 17$-18$ for a donair. I used to come here all the time but now I just stay home. I come in every once in a while still but the recent price raise just kinda tipped me over the edge. I go to a cheaper place now or I eat in. Which in the long run has saved me. I do miss it, but that’s the way it goes in Vancouver I guess.
