I called a dozen Ford dealers and RV repair centers to try and get my 38 foot RV chassis air conditioning repaired. I finally found Donahue’s shop in Santa Paulo to do the job. They were excellent service. I called at 9 AM. Was there by 11 AM and out on the road with working air conditioning by 230. Highly recommend these guys.
Service sucks. I tried calling to find out when a part was arriving to service a truck but could never get a call back. I left 3 messages in a span of 3 weeks. They also said they would send an email with description of what was going to be ordered and the approximate delivery date, that email never came through. Don’t know what’s going on with their service staff but I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone.
I had a coolant line broke in the highway close to this place and I rolled on to their location. This was the best part of my mishap; the guys here were super helpful. At the parts desk and especially the mechanic called Evan. He’s THE BEST. I am saving this location for all my future needs - even though they are a Cummins dealership and my engine is DD, whatever it is that they can get to help out with, they go out of their way to. 10*
