I was shocked at how fast they got the job done. Even more shocked that they listened to my concerns and instructions. Not only were they fast and professional, they were actually accommodating. They offered to follow me as to give me a ride back to my personal vehicle after picking up and parking my commercial vehicle on the other side of town. The team at Donahue have done an extremely well job at managing and servicing our leased fleet for our company. Vivian in the service department is a pleasure to work with and always gets us taken care of in a timely manner while not compromising on repairs. They do things right at SM Donahue/ Idealease.
Great place and even Better people. I blew an Air line on my unit. They got me in and went straight to work on my truck with no wait! I was able to get back on road in no time at all and the price didn't break the bank! Thanks Edgar and Vivian and the whole team!
