Mr Greason been around for a long time highly recommended if any repairs need to be done to your vehicle!!!
Customer Service was awesome! For the record, I saw a negative review about Chuck and I did not like it. Chuck is amazing and always kept me informed about my car. He even provided some recommendations about my car which I was in agreement with him and allowed some additional cosmetic work done on my car. Front desk was amazing too. Thank you guys for always providing me and my husband with great service.
Three times I had to take the car back because it wasn’t fixed and the first time I travel outside of the state and it’s clear they never attached the bumper properly. COMPLETE FAILURE AND DISHONEST PRACTICES. No insurance company should send their members here! Also, they pressured me to rate them highly before the car was finished. Just stay away from these guys. The nice women in the office do not make up for them lying to my face about having the correct parts and being able to fix the car. They obviously tried some subs... read more
