Donna went above and beyond over a two day process, to ensure the flowers I had ordered were delivered to the correct home, of a friend I didn’t know moved! Dawn sent picture confirmation; and even sent the driver back when it was discovered it was the incorrect house. She had the flowers delivered again, ensuring quality and beauty of the flowers, and communicated with me during the entire process. So appreciated for a business to go above and beyond. A great experience, would definitely recommend .

Hi I really hate to complain—I work in customer service too and understand how things can happen—but I received flowers that were already wilting, and by the very next day, they were clearly dying. I’m attaching some photos so you can see what I mean. I was really looking forward to enjoying them longer. Is there anything that can be done? Thank you for your help, Stefka Mocheva

Arrangement for bereavement was delivered broken and damaged. Was left on porch in that condition. There is now a big hole in the composition of live plants that cannot be repaired. Seems that it was damaged in transit, all stems broken and the plant quickly died. Rather than take it back and make it right, they just left it. Lame.my daughter receive the same arrangement on the same day with no issues.
