If you’re looking for someone who knows eyebrows and cares deeply for their clients, I highly recommend Poonam. I came in after years of being unhappy with eyebrow waxing services. My eyebrows had patches and I hadn’t seen regrowth in years. The last few months Poonam has helped me get my eyebrows back to looking fuller and I’m finally seeing results! I found Poonam @ Dona Lucia about a year ago when I was looking for someone to start shaping my daughter’s brows. I didn’t want her to make the same mistakes I had over tweezing. We went online & searched by reading reviews & found her. Our first meeting did not disappoint. Poonam was so warm & kind. She did a great job and we promised to stop plucking. We continue to go on a regular basis & always enjoy our visits & the results. I highly recommend Poonam. She is awesome!
I’ve been going to this salon for 13 years. I’ve been seeing Poonam for 12 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have full brows and she maintains them to perfection. She never trims or over threads and I trust her completely. She is also such a lovely person with the best energy.
Waxing and threading services are always great. Front desk staff, not always great. Was yelled at for being 8 minutes late. I understand it's not ideal to have someone show up 8 minutes late, but yelling at them isn't the right approach. I work in health care at a clinic and also manage many clients who are sometimes early/late and it can be stressful at times, but I would never berate a client for that as they arrive. This prompted me to start looking for an alternative spot to start going to.
Poonam is a star. So knowledgable about eyebrow threading and so talented at actually doing it. Loved my results from her work. She made the experience comfortable and quick while being very professional. Even at the end of her work day, she treats her clients with much warmth. Looking forward to returning in the future!
