In addition to being a master at her craft, Poonam is an incredible human being who immediately makes you feel at ease. Highly recommended!
The staff at Dona Lucia have been very kind over the years providing great service! I have been seeing Poonam for my eyebrows here and have even followed her from the now-closed downtown location all the way to Kits. Not only is she consistent in her services but she makes you feel right at home and you’ll leave looking better than when you came in!
If you’re looking for someone who knows eyebrows and cares deeply for their clients, I highly recommend Poonam. I came in after years of being unhappy with eyebrow waxing services. My eyebrows had patches and I hadn’t seen regrowth in years. The last few months Poonam has helped me get my eyebrows back to looking fuller and I’m finally seeing results!
