LOVE Dona Bella Spa! It's my fave!
Dona is great at what she does... I can’t go just anywhere because I have very sensitive skin but she personalizes her treatments to be most beneficial for each individual client and it makes a huge difference! She’s also super fast at waxing and makes it go by as quickly as possible. She’s definitely my go-to for any skincare needs!
Dona is not only very professional but also kind, warm, inviting, and obviously loves her work. Her sweet spa is beautifully organized, peaceful, and not intimidating in the least. So glad I found this gem!
I love coming to Dona! She is such a beautiful person and she makes me feel so comfortable. I came to her about 2 months ago with a bumpy face and after first session I could already see huge improvement. She is also really knowledgeable about her products. I've been using products that I purchased through her and I have no complaints! I wouldn't trust anyone else as far as facials and waxing goes!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat. Seriously the best and I've been going for over a year! Dona is the best there is!!! Marked me as a " No show " because I did not give her a 48 hour cancellation. How do you give a 48 hour notice when you start your menstrual cycle? My appointment was today (Monday) woke up and it was that time of month.. texted her at 751 am to let her know .. but still marked me as a "No Show" and cost me $40.. maybe this is how she makes her money.. it's pretty sad .
