I want to recognize the support staff involved in my recent visit. The team members I interacted with were professional, attentive, and compassionate. They took the time to listen carefully and thoroughly explain my discharge instructions so I felt clear and supported before leaving. I know that role is not easy, and their care made a meaningful difference.

Would rate higher if I could. We spend so much time complaining about when government/infrastructure is ran horribly, it can start to feel like it’s all that way. This place and its staff are a class act. I was having some trouble and just needed someone to talk to and listen to me. I didn’t need anything extra, no paperwork, no tests, nothing special. I would like to thank Leslie, RN, who very effectively leads the impressive nursing staff, and Michele, RN, for their expertise, patience, and professionalism. You definitely -- the primary objective of your center-- ensured I got to the next stage of recovery. I'm doing very well, in large part, due to you. I'm exceptionally grateful.
