Very positive experience. James did a good job.
I loved he customer experience but the chairs in the waiting room. They are much too hard and uncomfortable if you wait more than 30 minutes.
Customer service and maintenance section was spot on. When completing the Nissan survey they will not have responses to coincide with the question they ask. My service was good and I have earned points that allow me to cut cost when I have my vehicle serviced.
