Customer service and maintenance section was spot on. When completing the Nissan survey they will not have responses to coincide with the question they ask. My service was good and I have earned points that allow me to cut cost when I have my vehicle serviced.
Honest service, he called me later after I left to let me know they accidentally over charged me. BUT this is the only car dealership service center I’ve ever visited that doesn’t run your vehicle through a wash before they give it back to you. Not a big deal obviously but worth noting because I would love if they started to.
Excellent customer service. Service writer met us and welcomed us. We were a few minutes early but they began to service our vehicle immediately
