So far I have only experienced the place 3 times but they have a 3 day free trial for premium which comes with a hot tub and sauna with a bunch of other appliances available to use in each separate men’s and women’s change rooms, the place is clean and the workers are very friendly and will always put you first to make sure you are comfortable, safe, and relaxed. Nice facility with all the things you'll need to get fit: exercise room, pool, stationary bikes, treadmills, weights, Jacob's Ladder, track, strength training room, courts for racket sports, etc. Two-tiered change room system, take your pick: basic (lockers, shower, other perks, etc.) or fancy (nicer lockers, showers, cream, seating area with TV, etc). This was my first time at this YMCA, and it was by far the worst experience I’ve had in 20 years of going to the YMCA. Cathleen was unbelievably rude, giving me attitude the entire time and even rolling her eyes at me. It was clear she had no interest in treating paying members with respect. I’ve never been spoken to so dismissively by a staff member anywhere, let alone at a place like this. If this is the kind of customer service they allow, I won’t be coming back. Absolutely unacceptable.
