We visited the dealership on Saturday, and were never approached. Very unusual for a car dealership. We were interested in learning more about the Escalade in their showroom, We had 4 salesmen walk by, and never acknowledged our presence. Their loss of $145k. Thanks, but no longer interested. No customer service whatsoever.
