Customer Oriented Not only do you get quick service on a repair call, but this company is more than willing to financially help you in emergencies. They were more than willing to replace our furnace within the same day, and defer payment for one month. They were VERY helpful!
Don & Walt aka Crooks & Trespassers! I called Don & Walt in May due to my AC not working. I spoke with an office gal and she told me she would have the technician call me to setup a time he could work on it. I received no calls and when I got home I found the AC working. I assumed it had just decided to finally kick on. No, the Don & Walt technician came to my house, found a door that had accidentally been left unlocked, enter my house without authorization and performed work that I did not authorize!
