Fourth time going here for an oil change. Its taken 3-4 hours each time to complete the job which they say it will be done between 1 and 1.5 hrs. Only reason im giving this place an extra star is because loretta had great customer service
Had a great experience with Don Valley Volkswagen! Bought a pre-owned certified car and there were some unexpected issues with it. The dealership took care of everything and made me feel extremely important. Everyone was very transparent, understanding, and trustworthy. Great service from every person there and shoutout to Vinodh, Loretta, and Ellick!
I was quoted a lower price (for the first 2024 VW Tiguan 15K service) by the Service Advisor when I dropped off the car but final invoice amount turned out double. Just ridiculous!
