I am truly impressed by the transparency and efficiency of this service center! Alexis was wonderful to work with - she clearly explained everything that needed attention and made sure I fully understood the recommended solutions. What I really appreciated was that she was honest and never pushed unnecessary services, which is something you don’t often find these days. I will definitely be coming back here in the future!
Scammed me in all possible ways. Don’t recommend at all
I have had my previous mk7 GTI, and now my current MK8 GTI has been serviced here for years. But, after my last visit. I will not be coming back. A long time ago, they had spilled oil in my entire engine bay on my MK7. Had i not noticed and taken it back, it would never have been cleaned. Most recently, they could not even bother to put the engine cover back on properly for my most recent visit for my MK8 GTI. It was loose in the engine bay. I went to replace remote battery , They rooned key less entry sincer, before that's was working nothing wrong with it Not recommended as surface , they are scammers , basically . I called them again after they said Give us call They haven't do anything discussing customer service I thought they were serious. To resolve the problem.
