I had a terrible experience at Don Valley Volkswagen. I made them an offer on a car, which I told them up front I wasn't willing to budge from and which the salesman, James Chang, confirmed over verbally and through text messages. When I actually went in to finalize, James took my cash-equivalent bank draft ($59,500) and only *then* told me that he and his sales manager, Darren Adam, weren't happy with the price and wanted $1,000 more. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere for service. I called about a week ago to schedule an oil change for my new 2025 Jetta I bought from them and was clearly quoted $179.99 + tax by a male employee in service, I then went into the dealership to have my vehicle checked for a recall and told the male service employee I would come back another time for the oil change.
