What is happening to this clinic ? Family doctor is great but I was disappointed after talking to the receptionist, asked a question and she seemed so annoyed, gave me a big fat sigh over the phone. And this is after they kept sending the wrong documents to my OB. First you are not doing your job proper and on top being rude ?
The staff and doctors are helpless here!!
This place doesn’t even deserve a star rating. Staff are absolutely rude and good luck trying to get an appointment.
My wife has been going to Dr. Cohen. I go to a different doctor so have a comparison. Dr. Cohen is kind caring and 100% follow up and follow thru. We drive 90 minutes so my wife can stay with Dr. Cohen. Recently she discovered what turned out to be early stage breaat cancer. Dr. Cohen simply the best Thanks so much for my wife's health
