Absolute professionals. All ladies. As i was drowning in anxiety, I woke up realizing that my endoscopy was already done
They gave me someone else’s prescription (with their confidential information). Then they don’t pick up their phones when I called over 10 times over the span of 3 hours during working hours to get my proper prescription.
From the doctor to the nurse, super professional and kind, first time to do the test, quite nervous, but the nurse Yvonne did clear instructions and make me relax a lot, the anesthetist did great job as well, perfect time
I am extremely disappointed with the service at Don Valley Endoscopy. My appointment was scheduled for 11:10 AM, and I arrived 20 minutes early as instructed. However, it’s now 11:56 AM, and all they’ve done so far is take my blood pressure before leaving me waiting indefinitely. This level of disorganization and lack of respect for patients’ time is unacceptable. If you value punctuality and efficient care, I would not recommend this place.
I was pretty nervous for my first colonoscopy but the nurse and doctor here were very friendly and worked really efficiently. Everything went smoothly and I really appreciate it. Thanks.
