Despite my doubts, I'm happy I cleaned the ducts. After thoroughly cleaning the furnace and blower, they discovered significant accumulation in both. Additionally, they cleaned my coils and treated mold, which increased the effectiveness of my system. The service was excellent, and the indoor air feels cleaner.
