I’ve been going here since I had 3 full disc replacement in my cervical spine and Fernanda has been amazing. I was hesitant to have anyone work on my neck and back after this kind of surgery but couldn’t have found a better place and person. Fernanda & her staff were amazing through the entire process of my wife’s recovery. She raves about how comfortable they have made her feel about the healing process. They have gone above and beyond for her and for me as well. From my perspective Fernanda helped guide my wife through recovery very smoothly. I'm not one to write reviews but I had to write one for this place because I had an amazing experience at Don’t Be Knotty with Fernanda! She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything about the lymphatic drainage process. The space was spotless, relaxing, and very comfortable. Fernanda was flexible with scheduling and made me feel completely at ease the whole time. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and noticeably less swollen every time. Highly recommend, she really knows what she’s doing!
I had my first Lymphatic massage with Fernanda last week. It was wonderful. Fernanda is the kindest, gentlest person who cares deeply about her clients wellbeing and health. I felt like she was a longtime friend who I was so comfortable talking with. I have already felt a difference in my overall health. I have more energy, pain that I had for months are now gone. Jessica was my massage therapist. She was absolutely amazing! Felt so comfortable with her. She was gentle and kind and we had great conversations and many laughs. The difference the massages made after my 360 tummy tuck was incredible. I couldn’t be happier with their service and professionalism. I highly recommend!
