I’ve been going here since I had 3 full disc replacement in my cervical spine and Fernanda has been amazing. I was hesitant to have anyone work on my neck and back after this kind of surgery but couldn’t have found a better place and person. Right after my surgery I started seeing Jessica for Post-Surgical Lymphatic Drainage and it has made my recovery so much easier. Fernanda and Jessica are incredibly knowledgeable about the lymphatic system and also about post surgical care. Each session was tailored to my specific needs and healing stage. Fernanda & her staff were amazing through the entire process of my wife’s recovery. She raves about how comfortable they have made her feel about the healing process. They have gone above and beyond for her and for me as well. From my perspective Fernanda helped guide my wife through recovery very smoothly. I'm not one to write reviews but I had to write one for this place because I had an amazing experience at Don’t Be Knotty with Fernanda! She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything about the lymphatic drainage process. The space was spotless, relaxing, and very comfortable. Fernanda was flexible with scheduling and made me feel completely at ease the whole time. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and noticeably less swollen every time. Highly recommend, she really knows what she’s doing!
Fernanda is EXTREMELY warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I started seeing Fernanda for post-op massage care and obviously, this is a very vulnerable time but she made me feel so comfortable and I left with so much information about how to care for my post-op body, I cant thank her enough. Other notable remarks; her waiting area is lovely, the tea is great and she really sets a relaxing mood. Meeting Fernanda has been a lovely experience and I can't wait to use her in the future for other body services 😊
