Quoted a price over the phone. I confirmed with their golden valley location that I wasn’t a contractor they still said come in anyways. When I arrived after driving 30 minutes they refused to help me or even make an exception to their policy. All this over a $24 igniter which I ended up buying on Amazon for 20% less anyways. At the very least make it known on your page, website and google listing not open to the public. Thanks for wasting my morning!
