Don Spender Lawn Care employees caused damage to my privacy fence while cutting my neighbor's lawn. I own a PVC Vinyl privacy fence which was installed approximately 2 years ago. In early June Upon inspecting the fence on the outside (neighbors side) I noticed several cracks in my fence.
