After buying this home, I noticed a very strong dog odor in the carpet as soon as I moved in. I tried to make it more manageable with air fresheners, carpet deodorizer, and a pet odor product, but the smell was still coming from the carpet and padding. I would give this carpet and rug cleaning team 10 stars if I could. As a first-time customer in Framingham, I was very stressed about moth damage in two of my three Persian rugs that had been passed down in my family. April in customer service is unhelpful. There is no actual management at this business. Our carpets are a disaster after the so called cleaning. They left them soaking wet and smell horrible now for 3 days. I do not recommend anyone using this service and we would like a full refund. Update: The “manager” was supposed to call me And send someone out to remediate their poor service but nobody has contacted me. I fully believe all the five star reviews are paid and false reviews. Please do not work with this business.
I came home after work and made the bad choice of polishing my black leather shoes over the beige carpet in my apartment, and of course a large shoe polish stain ended up in the carpet fibers. Had a terrible experience, don’t recommend! The carpet cleaning service was rushed and my carpets on the stairs were SOAKED. I asked the technician if this was normal and he said in 24hr it’ll be dry. Fast forward 24hr, it’s still soaking wet. Called the company and they were no help, their response was “the technician will call you”, I have yet to receive that phone call. Truly a disappointment.
