The doctor is not a fancy doctor with every shiny magic tool but, he has a great deal of experience knowledge and understanding. Trust him I do.
This “doctor” is the rudest person I have ever dealt with here, in the Imperial Valley. After my Family Doctor made an emergency appointment because my left ear had been ringing for the last three weeks, at check in he, personally, informed me that he would not see me because my main insurance -CCPOA- has not paid him $5,000.00 dollars and would need to seek service somewhere else. Somebody should inform him that that issue is NOT of my incumbency and he had already accepted my appointment. Maybe a better training to his off... read more
Dr. Setliff& his assistant are some of the rudest people I have ever met and definitely do not recommend this doctor!!!!

During my visit today, Dr. Setliff was very professional, friendly, and explained everything to me. I felt that I received excellent care. I highly recommend him. His receptionist was very friendly and caring. Great visit!

I would not recommend this place whatsoever. I was in there for about 5 mins before I walked out and told them I would be referred elsewhere. The receptionist was horrible , so very rude. I asked if a copy of my insurance card would be okay due to recently losing my card and I had not yet received the new one. She told me no that they needed the physical card, I then explained it still had the same information as the card itself & she said no it doesn’t and she needed the card.
