This company allows their employees to work for them without a working phone. It's unacceptable and "NOT" the consumers responsibility to have a working phone for them to communicate in case of an emergency for the consumer. If the consumer has a "PIN NUMBER" to get into their phone what happens if the patient passes out how can the worker call for help. It's just not acceptable period!
I work for Don's as a care-giver and it is a lot better than my last company. Very nice staff, very dedicated care- givers and coordinators.
Most unprofessional..don't own up to what they tell you.. .. don't pay you for the hours you work. .. I like my client. But would not recommend Don Services. I'd like to know What Staff is so great. Lots of excuses.. no wonder they can't keep help.. I was warned but didn't heed the warning..
