Be aware if contracting with this company, They set up, sneaky contracts, and make aggressive accusations towards their contractors, and they have poor communication skills. The guy I worked with was full of excuses over his disappointment in my service, I understand contracting landscaping work from across the country is difficult, however this guy don made major claims of my not being present at sites where I and my team were. Have to give a huge shout out to Terry, John, and the entire Savage team. They built our new home in Prescott literally in the middle of the pandemic. In addition we were 3,000 miles away on the east coast! Their process made the home building experience painless. Through materials shortages, sub-contractor labor delays and assorted Covidd chaos, Savage Builders just flat got it done. Super professional, detail oriented, and dedicated. We LOVE our new home! I highly recommend Savage Builders.
