Last few times I have dropped dress shirts off and they are running 1-2 weeks late. They tell you 2-3 days but it should be 2-3 weeks. I don't care if they take something off my bill. When you need your cleaning and it's not ready then you are screwed. Never using them again.
I took 8 valances to Don Royal Cleaners on Mt. Royal Blvd. in Shaler on Monday December 2. I was told at that time the charge would be $97.00. I picked them up a week later, and found that the small tassels on 4 of the panels were either torn or missing. I was not given an explanation or discount but I did get a plastic baggie full of string! I am very disappointed.
