He took the time to ensure the work was completed thoroughly and that I was completely satisfied with the results. I’ve worked with Denny and Darin on two separate occasions, and each time they made the process incredibly easy. They are transparent about costs and clearly explain what needs to be done. I especially appreciate their regular check-ins and updates, even when there isn’t new information to share - it really helps provide peace of mind. Don and Ron’s was prompt and made sure I was getting quality replacement parts for my vehicle. I was dealing with a difficult company who was responsible for the damages to my vehicle and they helped me navigate that situation so that I was taken care of and my vehicle was back to the condition it was in before the other company damaged it. I have used them several times in the past and have always been satisfied and taken care of. Darin is outstanding and his communication and updates are unmatched.

After having an accident that caused a lot of turmoil in our house, once we took the car to DON and Ron‘s Carstar everything went way better. They were professional and had great attention to detail and were able to get the car in the very next week. When they said it was going to be done, the car was done.
