Extremely satisfied with my experience at Don & Ron’s CARSTAR Collision. Had minor damage to the right rear corner of our HR-V. The staff was very friendly, the process was smooth, and the finished product looks amazing. The vehicle was absolutely spotless inside and out. I will definitely recommend Don & Ron’s to family and friends.
I had a great experience with Don and Ron's Carstar! My car had some minor damage to both sides of my car and they did an excellent job in repairing it and it looks amazing! It was also completed in a timely manner which I appreciated! I will definitely recommend Don and Ron's Carstar to all my friends and family!
Horrible experience in the quality of work done. Had to get hail damage repaired and now have gaps and a warped roof. Manager hung up the phone when I followed up him and refuses to communicate with me. See the images of him trying to "fix" some of the issues after delivery.
After having an accident that caused a lot of turmoil in our house, once we took the car to DON and Ron‘s Carstar everything went way better. They were professional and had great attention to detail and were able to get the car in the very next week. When they said it was going to be done, the car was done. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I brought my car to Don & Ron’s after being the victim of a hit and run, as they were affiliates with my insurance company. After a week with my car, I called for an update and was berated by their associate, Darren. I was accused of bringing my car in early, told that my car is hard to find parts for (I have an 07 Camry) and told that they’d have a better idea at the end of the week.
