Don and Ron’s was prompt and made sure I was getting quality replacement parts for my vehicle. I was dealing with a difficult company who was responsible for the damages to my vehicle and they helped me navigate that situation so that I was taken care of and my vehicle was back to the condition it was in before the other company damaged it. I have used them several times in the past and have always been satisfied and taken care of. Darin is outstanding and his communication and updates are unmatched.

After having an accident that caused a lot of turmoil in our house, once we took the car to DON and Ron‘s Carstar everything went way better. They were professional and had great attention to detail and were able to get the car in the very next week. When they said it was going to be done, the car was done. Extremely satisfied with my experience at Don & Ron’s CARSTAR Collision. Had minor damage to the right rear corner of our HR-V. The staff was very friendly, the process was smooth, and the finished product looks amazing. The vehicle was absolutely spotless inside and out. I will definitely recommend Don & Ron’s to family and friends.
Horrible experience in the quality of work done. Had to get hail damage repaired and now have gaps and a warped roof. Manager hung up the phone when I followed up him and refuses to communicate with me. See the images of him trying to "fix" some of the issues after delivery.
