Darren has been amazing. They did the work quickly and pointed out a few issues that my vehicle had that were not related to the bodywork they were performing. Extremely satisfied with my experience at Don & Ron’s CARSTAR Collision. Had minor damage to the right rear corner of our HR-V. The staff was very friendly, the process was smooth, and the finished product looks amazing. The vehicle was absolutely spotless inside and out. I had a great experience with Don and Ron's Carstar! My car had some minor damage to both sides of my car and they did an excellent job in repairing it and it looks amazing! Horrible experience in the quality of work done. Had to get hail damage repaired and now have gaps and a warped roof. Manager hung up the phone when I followed up him and refuses to communicate with me. See the images of him trying to "fix" some of the issues after delivery.
After having an accident that caused a lot of turmoil in our house, once we took the car to DON and Ron‘s Carstar everything went way better. They were professional and had great attention to detail and were able to get the car in the very next week. When they said it was going to be done, the car was done.
