Everyone was great to work with. All were easy to talk to and were very respectful. Their work was fabulous. My car looked like new. They went above and beyond in hospitality. I will be recommeding Don & Ron's Carstar to everyone. Thank you all!!
The repairs took quite some time, but I think that was largely due to waiting for the parts to be delivered and factors like that. The work on the damages seems perfect. The truck looks like new and drives perfectly now. The inside of my car was absolutely pristine when I got it back as well. I knocked off 1 star because my rear lights were out when I got the car back. I brought it back the next morning before work though and they fixed that right up in about 15-20 minutes. I’ve worked with Denny and Darin on two separate occasions, and each time they made the process incredibly easy. They are transparent about costs and clearly explain what needs to be done. I especially appreciate their regular check-ins and updates, even when there isn’t new information to share - it really helps provide peace of mind. They also handle the coordination with insurance and the rental car company, which takes a lot of stress off the client. Ron & Don's is the absolute best! This was the second time we have used them for car repair. They made sure to keep is updated throughout the process and the work they did was fantastic!! I was also pleasantly surprised when I hopped in to leave to see that they detailed my car too! It was such a nice surprise and made the experience that much better after missing my car. Thank you all at Ron & Don's. 100% recommend!!!
