Brought vehicle in to check engine malfunction codes. Vehicle under bumper to bumper warranty still and I was STILL charged for labor for them to look for a problem.

I had to bring my car in for a transmission and when I got there, I had to get a loaner vehicle and the vehicle that I had was extremely small for me and my kids and they inform me that as soon as a different vehicle was available they would get me a different one. That same day I actually got a vehicle that was exactly the same as mine, which was perfect. Justin sold me the second car I bought from Don Robinson. The other was a ‘99 Escort, this was a ‘13 Hyundai. These folks have a garage shop, so they do the mechanical repairs in order to sell a good product. There was a small ding in my windshield, and they’re going to look at it today, even though the car was “as is”. Good, honest folks who looked me in the eye.
