Avoid at all costs, I feel scammed by Don Roberts and State Farm. Used them for about 2 years for home and auto insurance, with premiums increasing without notice. Cancelled last month for another agent and another carrier who provided significantly more coverage at a fraction of the cost (around 3x cheaper... Home+auto+landlord+catastrophe insurance for cheaper than just auto with Don Roberts...). The only person at this office that I would ever do business with again is Donnita. Don Roberts was not at all "neighborly", nor was Theresa. I almost cancelled my policy after what State Farm did to the residents of California, and wish I had after how I was treated
