Staff was incredibly helpful. Went in after work to have the links of my watch adjusted. Erica helped me and as they adjusted my watch, showed me other watches they had. The selection is decent for Watsonville, mainly Bulova and Citizen. The watch designs themselves I personally didn't find appealing, as they lent themselves to being more gaudy and flashy. That said, they are able to order a watch if needed. The jewelry selection is fairly nice as well, as they had a selection of earrings and necklaces.
