⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give Gustavo more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!! We took Kai to Don Ramon’s Barber Shop in Madison for his very first haircut, and Gustavo was AMAZING. 🥹✂️ From the second we sat down, he was patient, gentle, and so incredibly sweet with him. Kai was nervous, scared, and definitely not thrilled about this whole haircut situation 😂, but Gustavo kept talking to him, reassuring him, and doing everything he could to help him feel safe. The owner is very nice and provided the best customer service I've ever seen in a barbershop. He treats his staff very fair and with the upmost respect and I loved the atmosphere in there. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Would 100% recommend if you need a haircut and even a hairstyle for the ladies!!!!

Horrible experience went in wasn’t greeted very small shop no chairs to sit the ladies were rude the workers have attitudes went to a station asked for a low fade and left with this very unhappy don’t ever come to this place very rude people
