Literally got a Voicemail from their secretary Sheila that stated Chris could not handle the job so he passed it off to someone else who never called me. He also never called me to say he was referring me to someone else. The job, was an easy 20 minute cartridge change in the on/off valve and then the Volume Control Valve.
