It's a storage place what do people expect. Friendly guy who runs it. Plenty of room. The owners just needs to remove 1/2 of the rocks in the parking lot. It's a little hard to walk around on.

Good spot to store your boat if you you like Don Pedro. The owner is a great guy too.
Had a great experience here last year - was able to grab a spot for my boat last minute - owner was awesome and super helpful. Rates where great and this is on the way to my favorite spot.
