Hey Greg I had one for 6 months and it was serviced twice I think so I didn't pay. Been waiting 3 months for removal and was promised next week so well see how that goes. lol
They only came and cleaned the port-a potty once out of the three weeks it had been here. We tried calling multiple times and they kept saying and promising that they'd come — and never showed up. Finally reached our breaking point and told them to come and pick it up because I don't want to use their company anymore. I called and told them this about a week ago, no response, and nobody has come and picked it up yet. Do not use this company if you need your port-a potty cleaned at least once a week like they said!!
If I could give zero stars I would. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Never came to clean the toilet when promised, and I have been calling them for three straight weeks to pick up and still no pick up!! Anyone need a free portable toilet? Avoid this company!!
Poor service!, take so long to clean the portable washroom and also the pick it up.
