Customer service is very poor whenever you call to get an ETA or anything for service they never call you back and when you call them they act like it's an inconvenience customer service is very important and should improve tremendously

I’ve been very unhappy with their customer service. We bought a new home in October. The previous owners were working closely with Don Myers to replace some faucets. I called in October to take over and to request a few other things to be fixed and they have still yet to come out. I have called multiple times. The woman who answers is always pleasant and says that she will reach out to the owner but she “gets no response”.It is disrespectful and unprofessional to not respond. Our Trane furnace that was installed by a local company was down and we needed it serviced. Was told 2 months for them to come out. Don Meyer fit us in. The tech Rick did a fantastic job and had us squared away in less than a half hour. Called them on Monday and they came out on Tuesday as they had a slot open up. Their service is greatly appreciated and we will continue to use them as our main contractor.
HIGHLY RECROMMEND -- I was upset and discouraged with HVAC company's customer service and quote process until I contacted Don Myers. Then I was relieved and happy to work with them. All departments I communicated with did a fantastic job. They replaced an old R22 AC/Furnace unit. Scheduling, physical work, invoicing and billing was all what good Customer Service should be.
