Customer service is very poor whenever you call to get an ETA or anything for service they never call you back and when you call them they act like it's an inconvenience customer service is very important and should improve tremendously

I’ve been very unhappy with their customer service. We bought a new home in October. The previous owners were working closely with Don Myers to replace some faucets. I called in October to take over and to request a few other things to be fixed and they have still yet to come out. I have called multiple times. The woman who answers is always pleasant and says that she will reach out to the owner but she “gets no response”.It is disrespectful and unprofessional to not respond.
