Thought I finally got a family doctor. Meet and Greet went well. However, what is the point when you can never make an appointment with your new family doctor when the online and/ or in-person appointments are only available in a month when I’m sick now? So my family has ended up going to the walk-in clinic. So what is the benefit of registering here for a family doctor?

I’ve had a wonderful experience at this clinic. It is very well-organized and efficiently run, which makes every visit smooth and stress-free. My family physician, Dr. Sixtus Odigwe, is truly the best doctor I have ever had. He is approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his patients. Update: unfortunately I was told they do not work here any longer and no way of finding out which clinic they’re at now is very disappointing This walk in clinic is AMAZING. Dr Matthew Hum and Dr Wei are the best, the only Drs I've EVER met in my life that does not rush you and answers every question you have. The reception is pretty good too, always returning voicemail and SUPER patient on the phone. Clean building, not packed, free parking and the telephone appointments is the BEST part. The doctor here couldn't give me an explanation of my blood test result, and used chat gpt in front of me to explain it. Didn't even try to hide it. Also used ChatGpt to prescribe my medication.... this newer generation of doctors is hopeless.
