I strongly encourage management to take patient feedback seriously, as my experience at this clinic was extremely disappointing, primarily due to the conduct of the receptionist, JOLENE. During my interaction, she was dismissive, spoke in an impatient and disrespectful tone, and did not demonstrate the level of professionalism expected in a healthcare environment. I encountered Dr Anaeis is in that clinic. I felt so dismissed. Mind you I'm suffering from a chronic illness and her questions are like:" Why they haven't been able to treat or control the disease all these years?". Like what!?!? Most of all not even listening my concern. When I went out of that office I felt like garbage. I won't recommend that clinic especially that doctor to any black person. I never did an online survey about a physician or a clinic. They really need to see what going on there and address it.
