Julien is Very rude and unprofessional. The receptionist Julien or whatever her name is has no manners at all and doesn’t want to do her job. I called because I got a miscall from the Clinc and She told me to check a voicemail that didn’t exist and had a very nasty attitude that put me in a bad mood. This should be looked into—front desk behaviour like this is absolutely unacceptable. This Clinc needs to get rid of that unprofessional miserable Julien. It was very rude receptionist. I don’t feel like to going when being sick.
My family doctor is great, but the front desk staff do not answer direct questions, are very bad at there jobs, rude and unhelpful. it feels like they hired 16year olds with no social skills.v frustrating and difficult to navigate but my doctor is good.. the rare times i can actually see her
Ive been with Dr. Boucher for many years and ive had an excellent experience with her and the clinic staff. I'm very happy and feel cared for! Thank you!
