Extremely off-putting experience. Before even showing me a vehicle or offering a test drive, the salesperson focused on intrusive questions about my finances and made indirect remarks suggesting doubt about whether I could afford the car. Rather than helping a potential customer, it felt like I was being screened or interrogated. The interaction came across dismissive and unprofessional, and I left with no confidence in doing business here.
Do not buy from them I have 4 phone calls and no help in regards of warranty, they took my number 5 days later no call still, had to go through hoops, the manager was supposed to call - never got. Listen to the reviews that they are bad, vehicles cheap but good luck on coverage
Very disappointing experience with Don Mills Chrysler. On April 24, I submitted a test drive request online for a 2024 Jeep Wrangler and received an email confirmation (which I have retained), but no one contacted me to confirm. After waiting until the next day, I had to call the dealership myself and was connected with a salesperson, Shawn, who initially said he could not see my request. This place has unfortunately become a disaster. Service reminds me of your typical 1990s “stealership” style dealer. They love you when you buy a car (and promise you the world), they love you when you’re paying for maintenance, good luck getting warranty or decent service if it’s not win win for them. What a disappointment.
