We purchased a brand-new 2026 Toyota Tacoma and have been very happy with the truck itself. Unfortunately, our experience with the service department has been extremely disappointing. Had a good experience with my service advisor, Roman. One of the very few experiences with a dealership that I can actually recommend.
Garbage! The managers don't care enough to respond to messages or return phone calls! I left a message with the receptionist earlier last week to have a service manager call me back and nobody ever called me to have my brakes serviced.
