I had a disappointing experience with a collision department representative over the phone today. She came across as unwelcoming, overly serious, and not very helpful. Customers contacting the collision department are often already dealing with the stress and trauma of an accident, so I expected a more professional, courteous, and compassionate approach. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and helps improve the customer experience.
I had a wonderful experience buying a new car here. The salesperson, Rey Rodriguez, helped me get a great price. If you are planning to buy a car, this is a great place to visit.
I can't say enough good things about this collision center! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ First, Ulysses H. (I hope that is his name)was hands down the best person I've ever worked with at a collision center. He truly went above and beyond. When I returned my rental car, I had two sleeping toddlers and two car seats to move into my vehicle. I had no idea how I was going to manage it all.
