Awful customer service! Spent almost $40,000 on avionics upgrades. Won’t reply to emails or phone calls. Spoke to Don once about an issue. He was rude,unwilling to resolve the issue. Worst experience with any aviation business.

The worst. Terrible customer service and workmanship. Cost me double - his cost and then to fix everything he made worse. Steer clear.

I've interacted with Don 1/2 dozen times sine 2006, and he's always been available, patient, helpful, and courteous, and I'm not even a regular customer. When someone is well-known and has been in business as long Don and his team, you shouldn't generalize too much from one experience.

Don is going thru some life crisis at best or at worst he is just a plain jerk. He took 3.5 months to handle my propstrike. When I asked him for an update and an explanation for why it had taken so long he called me a whining a-hole and hung up on me. Unprofessional doesn't even come close to describing this guy. There aren't many Mooney maintenance shops. Too bad this one has such bad customer service.
