A one star rating is too high. Use these guys at your own peril. Any of the ratings here of 1 or 2 stars can be added together to express my dissatisfaction. Don Marcum Pool-Care installed a pool cover for me in 2006. Prior to which they delay my builder for 6 weeks, did not position the pool as we'd agreed, after all that - managed to NOT position the rails square, ie, a trapezoid if you will. Had I not caught it my concrete guy would have poured it so that NO cover could have ever been installed. Mindless, a simple diagona... read more
Horrible Company, Don't Use Them!! I found this company to be very insulting and unprofessional. They will take advantage of you if you don't know much about your pool/your pool's maintenance. This company isn't very reliable and doesn't do a good job.
GOOOD JOB!!!! I am happy with Don Marcum Service, the guys that came to my house were very nice, and very fast and did an excellent job. The guys names that came were Ron and Mark, they did very well, I hope to see them again, because they knew what they were doing and other places that have came out to my house had no clue what they were doing. Thank you for your services Don Marcum and (Ron and Mark).
Worst company ever. If I could give this company a 0 star rating I would. The performed some metal work on my pool when having the concrete replaced. Their job was to ensure the colping was screwed down and straight, add some anchors for my diving board and railings and replace the skimmer, which was already dug out. I was out of town at the time, and each time I came home I was assured their work was complete. Each time I checked the colping it screwed down but not straight.
