Very good customer service. I called and left a message asking about marmoleum. Not only did Don call me back (not a given these days) to say he no longer carried this product but he suggested another company for me to try. I had not had a chance to call the other company when I received a message from the company that they did work with marmoleum. Don had taken the time to call the other company to check for me and then gave them my contact information. This was very helpful and not something you see too often anymore.
Not the smoothest install for sure, I went with Don Marcotte based on recommendations and reviews. Was suppose to be a 3 day install and it took a week and a half due to miss ordering flooring twice. Wa short a whole bedroom and hallway at first, ordered more and has to wait 3 days, was short again at the end of the hallway and waited another 3 days. We recently had Don Marcotte Flooring do a backsplash in our kitchen update. The product was perfect and the installation by Don was done well within the time allotted for the job by our kitchen design folks (Select Cabinetree). Don was professional, neat and did an amazing job with our new backsplash. We couldn’t be happier.
